Double Offset Design

Double eccentric configuration with conical angled disc maximizes flow capacity (high Cv) while minimizing seat wear. The offset geometry lifts the disc off the seat immediately on opening, reducing friction and extending service life.

Interchangeable Soft & Metal Seats

Soft seats (PTFE, RTFE, CTFE, NBR, EPDM, Viton) and metal seats (A240 Tp 316/304) are field-interchangeable in the same body. Metal seats achieve Class IV leakage per ASME/FCI 70-2 for high-temperature service.

Wafer & Lug Configurations

Available in wafer (VHP-W) and lug (VHP-L) styles for Class 150 and Class 300. Lug type available up to 24″ with tapped lugs for dead-end service. Compatible with ANSI, JIS, DIN, and PN drilling standards.
