V100 SERIES
The V100 Series is a high-performance, top-guided single seat control valve built for precise flow control and minimal leakage. Its top-guiding design reduces friction and vibration, while the self-aligning insertion structure allows tool-free maintenance and easy trim replacement. Interchangeable cage options support both standard and severe-service conditions, including cavitation and noise reduction. A self-tightening, multi-level packing box with dust cover ensures leak-free, contamination-resistant sealing, and pressure-containing parts meet ASME nuclear power standards. The valve comes standard with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, making it well suited for water, steam, gas, and other process media across a wide range of pressures and temperatures.

V200 SERIES
The V200 Series Cage Control Valve is a high-performance pressure-balancing control valve with a compact body and large-stroke, fully guided plug design that improves stability, reduces vibration, and extends service life. It uses piston rings and high-performance seal rings for low leakage, plus a maintenance-free self-tightening packing box with a dust cover, and its body is fully interchangeable with single-seat valves to allow online trim replacement. It offers low noise, minimal cavitation, wide rangeability, and precise flow characteristics, making it well suited to high pressure-drop applications. It comes standard with a high-performance actuator that delivers strong output force in a compact package across a range of media, pressures, and temperatures.

V300 SERIES
The V300 Series is a 3-way valve designed for either blending two flows into a common outlet or diverting one inlet into two proportional outlets, featuring a broad streamlined fluid passage for high capacity, port-and-cage plug guiding for stable operation, and a rugged construction for long, maintenance-free service. It pairs with pneumatic or electric actuators and uses non-welded seats that can be unscrewed and serviced in minutes, even after years of operation. The series comes in three configurations: the V310 with an unbalanced plug for simple, economical mixing service; the V320 with a balanced plug for high-duty diverting and large-size pneumatic applications, featuring a quick-change trim accessible from the bonnet; and the V330 combining an unbalanced plug with a top-entry quick-change trim. All three versions are designed with two side and one bottom pipeline connections for installation flexibility.

VRG SERIES
The VRG Series is a high-capacity rotary control valve with a “saddle” type plug and two-stem design that delivers higher Cv flow coefficients through a straight-through flow pattern. Its self-aligning eccentric rotating plug provides tight shutoff with low dynamic forces, and the 90-degree rotation maximizes flow capacity. The flangeless body has an integral extension bonnet supporting temperatures from -320°F to 750°F. Features like a separable bonnet, external packing gland, and blow-out proof stem ease maintenance, and the valve pairs with Vtek Controls’ VRD diaphragm actuator or VR/VEW/X electric actuators for tight spaces.

VSG SERIES
The VSG Series is a segmented V-ball control valve that delivers precise flow regulation with the durability and tight shutoff of a ball valve in a more compact, economical package than a traditional globe valve. Available in 1″–12″ sizes with CF8M, WCB, CF3M, or Duplex bodies, it features a blow-out proof stem/trunnion, inverted adjustable packing flange, ISO 5211 direct mounting, and high Cv, with Class VI soft-seat or Class IV metal-seat shutoff. Options include 60° or 90° V-notch ports, Stellite hardfacing for abrasive service, and ANSI 150/300/600/900 RF connections to suit a wide range of industrial applications.
