Rated to 1000 psi with a blow-out proof stem, ISO 5211 direct mounting, threaded or socket weld connections, and a variety of seat options, it delivers tight shutoff and long service life built to ASME, ISO, API 598, and EN10204-3.1 standards. V-port versions in 15°, 30°, 60°, and 90° configurations feature a V-notch machined directly into the ball for precise regulating service without frequent seat replacement.

Rated to 1000 psi (1/4″–2″) and 800 psi (2½”–4″) with a blow-out proof stem, adjustable external packing, ISO 5211 direct mounting, and threaded, socket weld, butt weld, or flanged connections, the three-piece body delivers tight shutoff and easy in-line servicing without removing the valve from the line. Built to ASME, ISO, API 598, TA-Luft, ISO-15848, and CE standards with V-port (30°, 60°, 90°), fugitive emissions, vented ball, and oxygen-cleaned options.

31CF SERIES
Purpose-built for hygienic service in food and beverage, dairy, brewing, pharmaceutical, biotech, and clean-process applications, the 31CF Series is a sanitary three-piece, full-port 800/1000 WP ball valve available in 1/2″–4″ sizes with CF8M, CF3M, or Alloy 20 bodies, FDA-compliant TFM1600 or PTFE seats, and tri-clamp or sanitary tube weld ends to integrate seamlessly into clean process lines. Rated to 1000 psi (1/2″–2″) and 800 psi (2½”–4″) with a blow-out proof stem, ISO 5211 direct mounting, and an internal polish to SF5 0.5 µm (electropolish available), it meets EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, 3-A, API 598, ISO 9001/5209, TA-Luft, and ISO-15848 standards for safe contact with consumable products. An optional self-cleaning/flushing ball design flushes residue from the valve cavity during normal flow, and V-port (30°, 60°, 90°), fugitive emissions, vented ball, and spring handle options round out a sanitary workhorse built to deliver clean, reliable performance batch after batch.

Built for hygienic mixing, diverting, and flow-isolation service in food and beverage, dairy, brewing, pharmaceutical, biotech, and clean-process applications, the 3CF Series is a sanitary cavity-filled three-way (and four-way) ball valve available in 1/2″–4″ sizes with CF8M or CF3M bodies, FDA-compliant PTFE, TFM1600, or UHMWPE seats, and tri-clamp or tube OD butt weld ends. Its four-seat trunnion design with stem-to-ball insert pin and PTFE cavity filler eliminates dead space — preventing media buildup and enabling fast, thorough cleaning batch after batch. Rated to 1000 PSIG (1/2″–1″) and 800 WOG (1½”–4″) with a blow-out proof stem, ISO 5211 mounting, and 8–12 Ra internal finish, it meets EU 10/2011, EC 1935/2004, ASME/BPE, API 598, and ISO 9001 standards, with L-port, T-port, I-port, and X-port ball configurations plus optional extended bonnet, 180° travel stop, and PTFE/PFA coating.

Its two-piece bolted body design allows the end cap to be removed for in-line seat and ball inspection or replacement without unbolting the entire valve from the pipeline, while a variety of body materials can handle even the most aggressive media.
