VR SERIES
The VR Series pneumatic actuator features an innovative rack and pinion drive mechanism built to the latest standards, delivering high performance, reliability, and a compact design suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Actuators come with 304 or 316 stainless steel output shafts, and FPM or silicone O-rings with special lubricant are available for extreme temperature environments, with custom designs available on request (except for the octagon output drive). Production is fully ISO9001 compliant, and every unit is pressure- and leak-tested, serial-numbered for traceability, and individually boxed. Available accessories include brackets, connectors, solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, proximity sensors, manual gear override gearboxes, positioners, and reduced-size square output shaft sleeves

VTS SERIES
The VTS Series Scotch Yoke Actuator features O-ring sealing for waterproof protection and multiple protective coatings with a Teflon-lined cylinder for corrosion resistance. It operates at 3–6 bar across a wide temperature range, from a standard -4–176°F up to 302°F high-temperature and -76°F ultra-low temperature versions. Self-lubricating bearings extend service life, while the modular design allows different cylinder and spring combinations to meet varying torque needs and simplify maintenance. Internal tie rods reduce cylinder size and guide the piston to prevent eccentric wear for stable, long-lasting performance.

VSM SERIES
The VSM Series is a new-generation multi-turn intelligent electric actuator, available in integrated and separated designs for frequent adjustment and discontinuous control across power, petrochemical, chemical, pipeline, and water treatment applications. It features improved circuit board reliability, a double sealing structure, a 90°-rotatable terminal cover, and a durable high-gloss outdoor powder coating. Advanced capabilities include SIL4-rated valve monitoring with PST functionality and machine learning, an intelligent pipe break protection system, and a compact PST test limit switch. The ST-RING two-wire fieldbus system supports up to 240 devices per host over 20 km loops, with seamless integration into PROFIBUS, FF, MODBUS, and HART standards.

VEX SERIES
The VEX Series Explosion Proof Electric Actuator features PCB-based over-torque limiting to prevent damage from excessive force, with optional over-torque warning signals sent to the customer’s PLC. It includes a self-locking worm gear system, free voltage operation (AC 100–240V) with DC motor, PCB-mounted space heater and power LED, and a built-in modulating card option. The robust, explosion-proof design (Ex d II C T4) features a position indicator, limit switches, manual L-wrench override, and ISO 5211 mounting flanges in F03/F04/F05 sizes, with F07 available via adapter.

The VEE Series Explosion Proof Electric Actuator is designed for explosive environments, featuring Ex d IIB T4 Gb explosion protection, IP68 protection class, and a streamlined aluminum alloy casting with a round seam flameproof joint. It offers direct ISO 5211 mounting (F03 to F16), available voltages of 12/24 VDC and 110/220 VAC, and torque ranges from 440 to 26,550 in-lbs (50 to 3,000 Nm). Control options include on/off and modulating, with super capacitor fail-safe available. Additional features include a high-strength fritted glass lens visual indicator and a micro regulation device for simpler, more precise electric limit adjustment.
